I haven't figured THIS update out yet, but ourgemcodes has! So I guess I have no choice but to copy from them:

Make your profile private, and No-one can see your friends, profile, album, etc! The only thing they can see is your avatar! And you can choose if you're gonna make it only invisible for your friends, or for everyone!
That way you can avoid stalkers!
